随着经济全球化进程的不断加快,科技进步日新月异,各国经济的关联度空前提高,信息传递速度大大加快,人类社会正面临着“创造力经济”的浪潮。创造力经济对我国广大党员尤其是党员领导干部提出了新要求,增强创新能力成为时不我待的紧迫任务和必修课题。我们要解放思想,开动脑筋,向旧的模式和习惯方式、传统工艺等挑战,进而达到创新的目的。
With the accelerating process of economic globalization, science and technology are advancing with each passing day, the degree of correlation between countries’ economies has risen unprecedentedly, the speed of information transmission has accelerated, and human society is facing a wave of “creative economy”. The creativity economy has made new demands on the majority of party members in China, especially party members and leading cadres. Enhancing the ability to innovate has become an urgent task and a mandatory subject that should not be dealt with. We must emancipate our minds, use our brains, and challenge old models, habits, and traditional techniques to achieve the goal of innovation.
