案情:2012年至2013年4月,韦某先后3次将共计150余千克的病死猪肉,以每千克7~10元的低价卖给叶某、夏某夫妇。叶某、夏某二人在明知购进的猪肉是病死猪肉的情况下,仍将猪肉加工成腊肉和香肠,腊肉放在夫妇二人经营的餐馆销售,香肠则通过批发方式销给蒋某零售。2013年6月,公安机关在蒋某处扣押了尚未销售的10余千克香肠。法院对此案审理后,以生产、销售不符合安全标准的食品罪,分别判处韦某、叶某、夏某2至3个月拘役,并处罚金2000~3000元。
