根据当前国家經济建設和国防建設的需要,并且积極支援农業生产大躍进,中国人民解放軍今春將有一批干部,退出现役,还乡生产。这些干部經过党的長期教育和培养,經过革命战爭的考驗和軍队工作的鍛煉,有一定的工作能力和較高的政治觉悟。他們轉入农業生产,將是农業生产战綫上的一批骨干力量,对实現农業生产大躍进,促进农村社会主义建設,是一种有力的支援。
According to the current national economic construction and national defense needs, and actively support the great leap forward in agricultural production, the Chinese People's Liberation Army will have a number of cadres who will retire from active service and return home for production this spring. After long-term education and training by the party, these cadres have the ability to work and high political awareness through the tests of the revolutionary war and the military work.
