公共领域的廉政建设是个系统工程。该工程既取决于公共领域内部监督制约机制的完善,也取决于其领域之外社会反腐机制作用的发挥。当前治理腐败应调动社会力量,发挥其廉政建设功能,从而达到遏制腐败的目的。
The construction of a clean government in the public domain is a systematic project. This project depends not only on the improvement of the internal oversight and restriction mechanism in the public sphere but also on the role played by the social anti-corruption mechanism outside its realm. The current management of corruption should mobilize social forces and give play to its function of building an honest and clean government so as to achieve the goal of curbing corruption.
