2001年,是我国历史上极不平凡的一年,也是河南公路建设发展史上赢得重大历史机遇,加快发展的一年。在过去的一年里,他们始终坚持以发展为主题,以结构调整为主线,以改革开放和科技进步为动力,以实践江总书记“三个代表”重要思想为根本出发点,抢抓机遇,团结奋斗,顽强拼搏,较好地完成各项工作任务,基本实现了高质量、大规模和高效益,实现了“十五”计划的开门红。
In 2001, it was an extraordinary year in the history of our country and also a year that won major historic opportunities and accelerated development in the history of Henan’s road construction.
