《政府采购协议》(GPA)是WTO政府采购领域的国际贸易协议。本文详细解析了WTO、GPA文本和案例中对出退价标准的界定,通过比对研究,分析了GPA出退价标准的差异及产生原因,进而为我国GPA出价提出建议。
The Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) is an international trade agreement in the area of government procurement in the WTO. This article analyzes in detail the definition of exit and exit price in the WTO and GPA texts and cases. By comparing and analyzing, it analyzes the differences and reasons of exit and exit price of GPA, and then puts forward suggestions for the bidding of GPA in China.
