95年5月20日,贵州企业决策者研究会第四次例会在都拉营贵阳车辆厂召开。与会者围绕着“贵州经济发展之我见”这一论题展开了广泛的讨论。改革开放十多年来,贵州经济发展取得了显著的成就,但横向比较,不要说沿海发达地区,就是周边兄弟省区的发展也早已遥遥领先于我省。近年来,我省的经济建设发展规模、速度在全国所有省区的排名列倒数第一。仅管我们省也在发展,但差距却越来越大,这种状况已引起全社会——特别是企业界的深切忧虑。讨论会上,大家如下诸方面发表了自己的看法。
On May 20, 1995, the fourth regular meeting of Guizhou Enterprise Policy-makers Research Association was held in Dalai Guiyang Vehicle Factory. Participants around the “Guizhou Economic Development of my opinion,” this issue launched a wide range of discussions. Over the past decade of reform and opening up, Guizhou has made remarkable achievements in economic development. However, horizontal comparison does not mean that the development in the developed coastal areas and neighboring fraternal provinces and regions has long been ahead of our province. In recent years, the scale of economic development in our province ranks first in the ranks of all the provinces and autonomous regions in the country. Despite the fact that our province is also developing but the gap is widening, this situation has aroused the deep concern of all sectors of society, especially the business community. At the seminar, everyone expressed his views on the following aspects.
