我画罗汉图始于三年前,从一幅沉思罗汉画起,然后渐渐扩展出各种变化,并从中收获无穷乐趣。随着创作的不断深入,罗汉图越发成为我的国画创作中不可缺少的一部分内容。我画罗汉,不是出自宗教上的感情,而是从贯休等人那里看来的罗汉形象中那种奇崛荒古之气感染了我。我从那里看到了在当代诸多人物画作品中不曾有过的神秘与清高,那些罗汉目光中透出的深意让我心生钦敬,而其周身的山林云雾之气也让我魂牵梦绕。所以我也乐于借此形象来抒写我的审美情感。
I painted the Lohan diagram began three years ago, drawn from a contemplative Lohan, and then gradually expanded a variety of changes, and gain endless pleasure. With the continuous deepening of creation, Lohan figure has become an indispensable part of my traditional Chinese painting. I painted Luo Han, not from religious feelings, but from the perspective of the rest, who seems to be the kind of arrogant and archeological image of Luo Han infected me. From there I saw the mysteries and elevations that have never been seen in the contemporary portraits of many people. The profound meaning revealed by Lohan’s eyes made me deeply admired and admired by the gloomy forest of clouds and fog. So I am also happy to take this image to express my aesthetic feelings.
