目前我省土壤有机质的测定,普遍采用油浴重铬酸钾容量法(简称油浴法),此法操作繁琐,在加热消化时,气体对人体有害,而且易发生严重事故。我们采用电砂浴重铬酸钾容量法(简称电砂浴法)进行对比试验,获得比较满意的结果。一、试验方法(一)主要仪器和试剂1.砂浴盆;2.100毫升三角瓶、弯颈小漏斗;3.二氧化硅;4.0.4000N 重铬酸钾—硫酸溶液;5.0.2N 硫酸亚铁铵(或硫酸亚铁)标准溶液。(二)测定程序称0.3000克(视土壤而定)左右土样于
