基于变压边力的汽车翼子板成形

采用变压边力加载方式对汽车翼子板的冲压成形过程进行研究。运用Dynaform软件对汽车翼子板的成形过程进行有限元仿真分析。仿真结果发现,恒定压边力下零件发生轻微拉裂,不能满足成形要求。在恒定压边力无法获得满意成形结果的情况下,采用变压边力加载方式对其进一步研究,模拟分析了6种变压边力加载方式下的成形效果,获得了最佳的变压边力加载方式,大大改善了零件的成形效果。将实际拉深成形试模结果与仿真分析结果进行对比,验证了变压边力成形方案的可行性。在最终成形状态下,零件的最大变薄率为25.0%,最大增厚率为8.0%,总体成形质量较好,满足成形要求。研究结果表明,变压边力加载方式能够改善零件的成形效果。 The stamping forming process of automotive fender is studied by using variable edge force loading method. Finite element simulation analysis of automobile fender forming process was carried out by Dynaform software. The simulation results show that the part under the constant blank holder force slightly cracks, can not meet the forming requirements. Under the condition that the constant blank holder force can not obtain satisfactory forming result, the paper is further studied by using the variable blank holder force loading method, and the forming effect under six kinds of blank holder force loading modes is simulated and analyzed. Force loading method, greatly improved the forming effect of the part. The results of actual deep drawing forming test and simulation analysis are compared to verify the feasibility of forming variable blank holder force. In the final forming state, the maximum thinning rate of the part is 25.0% and the maximum thickening rate is 8.0%. The overall forming quality is good and the forming requirements are met. The results show that the variable blank holder loading method can improve the forming effect of the part.
