对不同遗传背景的高赖氨酸玉米杂交种 o_2C103×o_2330、o_2二南_(24)×o_2金02及普通玉米京杂6号在授粉后不同时期籽粒的干物质积累、籽粒容重、出粉率、玉米粉细度、蛋白质、赖氨酸及亮氨酸等形成的动态进行初步研究,并测定了花粉、胚及胚乳中的氨基酸含量。三年结果表明:不同遗传背景的高赖氨酸玉米在授粉后不同时期籽粒的蛋白质、赖氨酸、亮氨酸含量均不同。高赖氦酸玉米籽粒中游离氨基酸含量比普通玉米高得多,成熟籽粒赖氨酸含量高的玉米品种,亮氨酸含量低,两者呈负相关。高赖氨酸玉米在授粉后20天时籽粒的赖氨酸含量最高;赖氨酸含量高的玉米品种干物质积累低,容重也低。出粉率、细粉率都显著高于普通玉米。不同玉米品种的花粉所含赖氨酸的差异不大,高赖氨酸王米和普通玉米赖氨酸含量的差异主要表现在胚乳中。
The results showed that dry matter accumulation, kernel weight, grain weight and grain weight of high-lysine corn hybrids o_2C103 × o_2330, o_2Enan_ (24) × o_2 Jin 02 and common corn Jingza 6 at different genetic backgrounds were significantly different Rate, the fineness of corn flour, protein, lysine and leucine. High-lysine corn had the highest lysine content at 20 days after pollination, while high-lysine corn varieties had low dry matter accumulation and low bulk density. The rate of flour, flour were significantly higher than ordinary corn. Pollen from different varieties of corn contained little difference in lysine content. The difference in lysine content between high-lysine Wangmi and ordinary corn mainly manifested in the endosperm.
