刑侦改革无疑是一项系统工程。工程目标的实现,涉及到各个方面的关系。本文试图分析刑侦改革所面临的若干问题,探讨刑侦改革进程中应妥善处理好的几个关系。
Criminal Investigation Reform is undoubtedly a systematic project. The realization of the project goal involves all aspects of the relationship. This article tries to analyze some problems faced by criminal investigation reform and probe into several relations that should be properly handled in the process of criminal investigation reform.
