教师是学生眼中的偶像,不仅其思想认识、价值观念、人生态度对他们有很大的影响,而且其行为习惯、仪表形象也对学生起着耳濡目染的作用。教师的言谈举止时刻呈现在学生面前,给他们一种综合的感觉,从而对学生产生潜移默化的影响和作用。一位教师只有时时以精神饱满、工作严谨、谈吐风趣、自信洒脱的鲜活形象展现在学生面前,才能有力地感染学生、影响学生、熏陶学生,才能取得身教重于言传的育人效果。
Teachers are idols in the eyes of students. Not only their ideological understanding, values and life attitudes have a great influence on them, but also their behavior and instrumental image also play a role of students. Teachers’ speech and demeanor are presented to the students in time to give them a comprehensive feeling, which has a subtle influence and effect on the students. Only when a teacher shows himself in front of students with full energy, rigorous work, interesting conversation and self-confidence, can he infect students, influence students and nurture students effectively, so as to achieve the effect of educating students who are more instructors than words.
