2001年教育部颁发的《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》一项重要内容就是关注学生个体差异,因材施教。纵观中国教育发展史,不难发现,因材施教的方式在我国具有悠久的历史,且都是从小抓起。但在实际的践行过程中结果总是不如人愿。一是因为现代小学教育的这种大班授课模式的制约,二是因为教师差异教学的意识还不到位。本文拟通过对小学语文差异教学的现状分析,探讨更加完善的差异教学实施策略。一、现阶段小学语文差异教学分析
An important part of Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial Implementation) issued by the Ministry of Education in 2001 is to focus on individual differences among students and teach students in accordance with their aptitudes. Looking at the history of the development of education in China, it is not difficult to find that the methods of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes have a long history in our country and they are all from an early age. However, the results in practice are always inferior to people’s wishes. First, because of this modern primary school education, this mode of teaching constraints, and second, because of differences in teaching teachers awareness is not in place.
