1988年我厂从欧州引进一条饰面板生产线.不久前该线上一台堆垛机的PLC(可编程序逻辑控制器)的硬、软件均出了故障.因无任何配套资料,给维修带来很大困难.为此,我厂决定采用国内现有的日产PLC进行修复.此机运行过程分12步:等待→下降→吸板→上升→水平向右→减速向右→下降→放板→上升→水平向左→减速向左→下降堆垛分两堆,运行过程同上.均具有“自动/手动”两种方式.堆垛机吸盘支架的升降由一台变频电机驱动,并带有一个电位器,以模拟量电信号输入给PLC作为升降行程的依据.其中令人不解的是该机具有升降两种不同的运动而却无正反转接触器.经检查发现下降驱动是以自由落体运动形式开始,然后将测速信号与某一参考信号比较来产生反转限速.此参考信号为一稳压信号,由原机的PLC提供.为选择新机方便,我们采用单独的稳压电源供给,通过试验选择一合适的电压值.实验表明,此值过低,只降不升;过高则只升不降.

The reference signal is a voltage signal provided by the original machine PLC. To choose a new machine convenient, we use a separate stable Power supply, through the test . Choose a suitable voltage value experiments show that this value is too low, not only the rise fall; only did not fall too.
