我镇有1339名党员,老党员占一半,64个党支部,镇企事业党支部占40个,党员比较分散,经济工作比较繁重,给党校教学造成一定的困难。党校教育的对象出现了“四多四少”:即老年党员多.青壮年党员少;一般党员多,干部党员少;离退休党员多,在职党员少;农村支部党员多,乡镇企业党员少。针对这些情况,我们改进了党校教学的形式和方法,抓住教育的重点对象.扩大教学的覆盖面,保证党校教学质量。具体采取了以下四种形式:一是把学员请上来,集中进行教育。我镇党校有比较完备的教学设施、配套的生活设施和文化娱乐设
