目的:建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)测定复方关节炎胶囊中维生素B1、吡罗昔康和醋酸泼尼松3种西药成分。方法:采用HPLC-DAD分析技术确定复方关节炎胶囊中3种西药成分,并对其进行含量测定。色谱柱Phenomenex Luna ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(38∶62),柱温室温,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长254 nm。结果:复方关节炎胶囊中检出维生素B1、吡罗昔康和醋酸泼尼松3种西药成分含量分别为22.6,13.8,7.12mg.g-1。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可作为中药制剂中西药成分的检测分析方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC-DAD detector for the determination of vitamin B1, piroxicam and prednisone acetate in compound arthritis capsule. Methods: HPLC-DAD analysis was used to determine the contents of three kinds of western medicine in the compound arthritis capsule. The chromatographic column was Phenomenex Luna ODS C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (38:62). The column temperature was at room temperature and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: The contents of vitamin B1, piroxicam and prednisone acetate in compound arthritis capsule were 22.6, 13.8 and 7.12 mg.g-1, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It can be used as a method for the analysis of traditional Chinese and western medicine components.
