在地址栏中输入 www.bjec.gov.cn.点击“确认”键,北京市经济委员会(简称经委)网站首页跃然眼前,在首页右上角的“在线服务平台”栏目继续点击,成品油经营资质审核、“六非”事故统计、劳动安全“三同时”审查验收等七个服务项目出现在笔者眼前。继续输入用户名和密码,随即进入这些服务项目的操作界面,在劳动安全“三同时”项目的“你问我答”栏目中,申报企业和系统管理员的对话引起了笔者的兴趣。7月13日晚上9点多钟,用户华喜宝询问“我什么时候可以通过申请?”,在7月14日下午5点钟,“三同时”管理员回答到:“恭喜您已经通过申请!”另一则署名王同安、题目为“问候”的留言更让笔者感动良久,留言内容是:“三
