目的:探讨大鼠一氧化碳(CO)中毒后脑病的脑组织超微结构的改变。方法:实验组和健康对照组大鼠各10只,均被放入中毒室内,实验组通入体积分数15.0×10~(-4)的CO混合气体,健康对照组通入空气,均通气12 h,中毒后出现明显智能减退者定为CO中毒后脑病大鼠。采用透射电镜技术对其脑组织进行观察研究。结果:实验组有4只大鼠出现脑病症状,其脑组织超微结构改变为大脑皮质和海马出现约5%~15%的神经元凋亡;健康对照组无类似症状及相同超微结构改变。结论:大鼠CO中毒后脑病脑组织超微结构改变为大脑皮质和海马出现约5%~15%的神经元凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the ultrastructural changes of brain tissue in rats with encephalopathy after carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. Methods: Ten rats in experimental group and healthy control group were placed in poisoning room. The experimental group was infused with CO mixed gas with a volume fraction of 15.0 × 10 ~ (-4). The healthy control group was ventilated with air 12 h, obvious poisoning after poisoning were identified as CO poisoning encephalopathy rats. Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the brain tissue. Results: Four rats in the experimental group showed symptoms of encephalopathy. The ultrastructural changes of the brain tissue in the experimental group were about 5% -15% neuronal apoptosis in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus. In the healthy control group, no similar symptoms and the same ultrastructural changes . Conclusion: The ultrastructural changes of brain tissue after CO poisoning in rats are about 5% -15% neuronal apoptosis in cerebral cortex and hippocampus.
