主持人:一退休人员原来在外省已经办理了病退手续。来到我地后,其未告知用人单位病退事实,作为用人单位职工参加了基本养老保险,在缴费满15年并达到正常退休年龄后,又办理了正常退休手续,并又领取了一份基本养老金。最近我们在检查中发现该人员领取两份养老金的事实。
Moderator: A retired staff originally handled the sick in the other provinces back procedures. After coming to my place, she did not inform the employer of the fact that she was sick and returned. As an employee of the employer, she participated in the basic old-age insurance. After she paid 15 years and reached the normal retirement age, she went through normal retirement formalities and received a basic pension.
