虽然,中国是惟一一个没有出现信贷危机的大国,但经济全球化背景下,中国经济也不可避免地遭受国际金融危机的冲击:出口回落、生产下滑、就业形势趋于严峻。国际金融危机的冲击将中国经济以低成本、高污染、高耗能为特征的粗放式发展模式下所积累的产业结构矛盾提前释放,同时中国经济在多年超过10%高速发展之后也正在进入一个周期性调整期。从2008年11月开始,清华大学经济管理学院和计世资讯在用友软件股份有限公司的支持下,联合针对100多位中国各行业企业的CEO进行了访谈。通过对中国百位CEO的调查发现:订单压力凸显、原材料价格大幅波动、资金紧张、人力资源成本持续上升、节能环保责任加重以及风险控制能力不足,是中国企业现在和未来转型升级过程中必须应对的六大关键挑战。
