开采矿化不连续、形状不规则的缓倾斜极薄砂岩型铀矿床是铀矿地下开采的一个难题。这种矿床的开采,往往贫化率高,效率低,顶板管理难,劳动条件差。 本文扼要介绍这类铀矿的开采特点、采矿方法及其发展过程;指出了存在的主要问题和解决途径。 根据该铀矿床的地质特征,作者提出了一种新方法,即应力控制进路采矿法。该法可以消除顶板应力集中,改善顶板管理,不用或少用支护,节约木材;也可以进行部分选采,降低贫化,提高回采速度,从而取得良好的经济效果。
Mine mining discontinuous, irregular shape of the gently inclined very thin sandstone-type uranium deposits uranium underground mining is a problem. The mining of such deposits often has high rates of depletion, low efficiency, difficult roof management and poor working conditions. This article briefly introduces the characteristics of mining uranium mining, mining methods and its development process; points out the main problems and solutions. According to the geological characteristics of the uranium deposit, the authors proposed a new method, that is, stress control approach mining method. The method can eliminate the roof stress concentration, improve the roof management, no or less support, save timber; also can be part of the mining, reducing depletion and improve the recovery rate, so as to achieve good economic results.
