一个企业要生产出先进的产品,必须要具有先进的设备和技术。所以说,生产的基础要求条件就是生产设施,而一个企业的设备状况也就体现企业的先进程度和发展水平的高低。在现在国家生产安全以及环保的大背景之下,要想达到有效提高石油开采企业的经济效益实现管理的成本最小化,就需要根据生产现场实际配套合理的设备,对其设备进行规范的管理,才能使其发挥更高的效能。对基层采油队设备的管理,主要是加强现场员工的技能的培训,同时对采油队的设备维护保养制度进一步完善。才能使设备的作用发挥到最大,与此同时又能够保证质量和安全环保方面的要求,那么采油系统就可以进入到一个良性的发展阶段。本文在理论结合实践的前提下,对基层采油队的设备管理进行了探讨,为相关人员企业提供了理论实践上的指导和参考。
