M12冷拉钢丝的高频热塑性,对于降低钢丝在四辊热轧麻花钻头时的裂纹率有着极为重要的意义。诚然,影响M2钢丝高频热塑性的因素是复杂的,但其冶金质量不能不说是其中重要因素之一。近年来,国内许多材料科学工作者,对国产M2钢丝的高频热塑性问题,从不角度进行了有效的研究,但对存在于该钢的大量碳化物这一重要的组织组成物对高频热塑性的影响.却未见系统地探讨。试验结果证明,碳化物不仅对高频热塑性的影响是敏感的,而且对其二次硬化效应一制成钻头的淬、回火硬度,红便性以及钢丝的冷加工性能影响也是明显的。
