进入90年代,世界经济集团化和区域化的趋势正明显加强,国际间的经济竞争将更加剧烈。面对严峻的形势,世界各国都在调整战略,力图使局势朝着有利于自己的方向演化,以便在未来的新格局中争得更有利的位置。中国是发展中的大国,改革开放已把我们推上了世界经济舞台。因此,我们不能没有紧迫感和危机感,应充分利用已有的合作基础和地缘血缘关系,携起手来,通力合作,发挥优势,尽快建立一个能同世界各个区域经济集团相抗衡的经济合作区域,以增加中国在国际上的竞争能力。
