本文用ELISA法检测65例肾小球疾患患儿血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)浓度,并以28例正常儿作对照,结果发现31例肾病综合征的SIL-2R浓度为384.3±201.4u/ml(x±s),15例急性肾小球肾炎为551.6±197.3 u/ml,19例过敏性紫癜肾炎为382.5±161.5 u/ml,均高于28例正常儿对照组(281.1±172.2 u/ml)。经t检验各肾小球疾患组与正常对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。说明肾小球疾患活动期与血浆SIL-2R的改变有关。
