目的 检测人膀胱癌组织中MMP 2及TIMP 2的基因表达 ,并结合膀胱癌的分期、分级判断癌恶性度及表达对预后的影响。方法和结果 采用RT PCR的方法 ,检测人BTCC中MMP 2、TIMP 2的基因表达 ,应用计算机图象分析判断MMP 2及TIMP 2的基因表达率分别为 71 4 %和 6 5 7% ;而正常膀胱上皮组织中检测出的MMP 2、TIMP 2的基因表达呈增加趋势 ;而MMP 2 /TIMP 2的比率在正常膀胱组织和膀胱癌之间亦有显著性差异。结论 MMP 2的基因表达以及MMP 2 /TIMP 2的比率对判断BTCC的浸润及预后有一定意义。
Objective To detect the gene expression of MMP 2 and TIMP 2 in human bladder cancer tissues, and to determine the degree of malignancy and the prognosis by combining with the staging of bladder cancer. Methods and Results RT-PCR was used to detect the gene expression of MMP 2 and TIMP 2 in human BTCC. The gene expression rates of MMP 2 and TIMP 2 were 71 4% and 65 7% respectively, while the normal The mRNA expression of MMP 2 and TIMP 2 detected in bladder epithelium showed an increasing tendency, while the ratio of MMP 2 / TIMP 2 was also significantly different between normal bladder tissue and bladder cancer. Conclusion The gene expression of MMP 2 and the ratio of MMP 2 / TIMP 2 have some significance in judging the infiltration and prognosis of BTCC.
