针对铸辗连续成形环形铸件高温出模环节可能产生裂纹、变形等铸造缺陷,通过数值模拟,分析了不同出模温度对铸件热应力和应变的影响,探讨了相同出模温度条件下,不同环境温度和传热系数对铸件热应力和应变的影响。结果表明,环件内表面边界和中心部位应力及变形较大,易产生裂纹。此外,传热系数比环境温度对铸造应力影响大。出模后铸件采取保温措施后,铸件热应力和变形显著减小,裂纹倾向明显降低。
Aiming at the casting defects of casting ring, such as cracks and deformation, the influence of different die temperature on the thermal stress and strain of castings was analyzed by numerical simulation.
