萝卜接种TuMV病毒后过氧化物酶活性和同功酶电泳研究表明:萝卜对芜菁花叶病毒的抗性与叶片中过氧化物酶活性呈显著正相关。抗病的萝卜材料不管是否接种TuMV,过氧化物酶活性都明显高于感病植株。抗病萝卜最高达215.58酶活单位,感病萝卜最低的只有97.59酶活单位;前者比后者高121.13%。感病萝卜不接种病毒时,叶片中过氧化物酶活性很低。接种病毒后增加较多,但绝对数值还低于抗病萝卜。抗病萝卜叶片中过氧化物酶同功酶带宽于感病萝卜。初步认为过氧化物酶变化是萝卜抗病毒病的内在因素之一。
Studies on peroxidase activity and isozyme electrophoresis after radish inoculation with TuMV virus showed that the resistance of turnip to turnip mosaic virus was positively correlated with the peroxidase activity in leaves. Disease resistant radish material regardless of TuMV inoculation, peroxidase activity was significantly higher than susceptible plants. Disease-resistant radish up to 215.58 enzyme units, the lowest susceptible radish only 97.59 enzyme units; the former 121.13% higher than the latter. Soy radish does not inoculate the virus, leaves in the low peroxidase activity. After vaccination increased more, but the absolute value is lower than the disease radish. Antioxidant radish leaves in the peroxidase isozyme bandwidth in susceptible radish. Preliminary thought that peroxidase change is one of the internal factors of radish antiviral disease.
