吞石竹(carnation)是世界主要切花品种之一。香石竹镰刀菌枯萎病(Fusariumoxysporum f.sp.dianthi)是生产上的重要病害。该病菌为土壤习居菌,土壤处理及化学防治效果均不理想。近年来各国试图从抗病育种和生物防治来探索防治该病的有效途径。本项研究包括:从香石竹根围分离筛选萤光假单胞细菌菌株,对筛选菌株X.13,WCS417及WCS358进行体外拮抗作用测定,用上述细菌处理水培系统中不同品种香石竹
Carnation is one of the major cut flower varieties in the world. Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.dianthi is an important disease in production. The bacteria are soil habitat bacteria, soil treatment and chemical control effect are not ideal. In recent years, various countries have tried to explore effective ways to prevent and treat the disease from disease-resistant breeding and biological control. This study included: Isolation and screening of Pseudomonas fluorescens bacterial strains from carnation rhizosphere, the in vitro antagonism of screening strains X.13, WCS417 and WCS358 determination, the use of the bacteria in the hydroponic system of different varieties of carnation
