文化建设是高校“文化传承”这一职能的具体体现。在目前普遍实行的校、院二级管理模式下,文化建设不仅是学校层面需要统筹考虑的工作,更是高职院校二级学院日常工作的重要内容。本文阐述了高职院校二级学院文化建设的现状以及二级学院在文化建设中的作用,并结合自身实践,提出了二级学院实施文化建设的有益探索。
Cultural construction is a concrete manifestation of the function of “cultural inheritance” in colleges and universities. Under the current secondary school management mode and college management mode, cultural development is not only an issue that needs to be considered at the school level, but also an important part of the daily work of the second-level colleges in higher vocational colleges. This article expounds the status quo of the cultural construction of the second-level colleges in the higher vocational colleges and the role of the second-level colleges in the cultural construction. Combining with its own practice, it puts forward some helpful exploration of the cultural construction of the second-level colleges.
