采用黄曲霉毒素B1致大鼠肝癌短期体内实验模型,从生化、病理形态及细胞周期动力学等方面观察自拟养阴方对肝癌的预防作用及其可能机制,结果表明养阴方能减少模型鼠肝细胞异型性增生灶,降低肝组织γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、谷胱甘肽-S转移酶及血清碱性磷酸酶活性升高的幅度,提高血清白蛋白含量,提示养阴方对肝癌前病变有明显抑制作用,其可能机制为抑制细胞从静止期、DNA合成前期向DNA合成期转化。
Using aflatoxins B1 induced short-term experimental in vivo model of rat liver cancer, we observed the preventive effect of self-made yin-yin prescription on liver cancer and its possible mechanism from the aspects of biochemistry, pathological morphology and cell cycle kinetics. The results showed that Yang-Yin prescription can reduce the model Rat hepatocyte atypia hyperplasia, reducing the liver tissue γ-glutamyl transpeptidase, glutathione S-transferase and serum alkaline phosphatase activity increased amplitude, increase serum albumin, suggesting Yang Yin Fang It has obvious inhibitory effect on precancerous lesions of hepatocellular carcinoma. Its possible mechanism is to inhibit the transformation of cells from quiescent phase and DNA synthesis phase to DNA synthesis phase.
