根据1984年中日政府铁道技术合作计划、日本政府派遗隧道专家组于5月15日来华进行技术交流,铁道部外事局、基建总局主持了技术交流活动。日本专家组组长飯塚一力(日本国铁扎幌工事局次长)副组长先山友康(日本国铁建设公团青函建设局计划课補佐)率领下,到我国大瑶山隧道工地对地质不良与涌水区段的设计与施工进行了技术指导、并在大瑶山隧道工地和北京两地作了讲学。他们认为隧道技术的课题有四个方面: 1.设计方面有围岩的评价和一次及二次支护的研究;2.施工方面有坚硬围岩的施工;涌水区
According to the 1984 Sino-Japanese government railway technology cooperation plan, the Japanese government sent a team of tunnel experts to visit China on May 15 for technical exchanges. The Foreign Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Railways and Infrastructure Administration presided over the technical exchange activities. Under the leadership of the Japanese team leader Iizuka Iizuka (deputy head of the Nipponbashi Sapporo Public Works Bureau), leader of the Japan National Rail Construction Corporation Qingshan Youkang Geological defects and water gushing section of the design and construction of technical guidance, and Dayao Mountain Tunnel site and Beijing made lectures. They think there are four aspects to the tunneling project: 1. Evaluation of surrounding rock in design and research of primary and secondary support; 2. Construction of hard surrounding rock in construction;
