目的了解饶平县鼠疫宿主动物媒介昆虫及人群抗体水平监测情况。方法按GB16882-1997(动物鼠疫诊断标准)和GB15991-1995(鼠疫诊断标准),开展鼠疫病原学和血清学监测。结果饶平县家鼠密度为15.00%,黄胸鼠密度为4.36%;野鼠密度为1.00%,黄毛鼠密度为1.00%;家鼠鼠体蚤指数为3.00,野鼠鼠体蚤指数为0.10,病原检测鼠形动物401只,蚤46匹,未检出鼠疫菌;鼠疫间接血球凝集试验(IHA)检测鼠形动物血清605份,人群血清200份,未发现鼠疫F1抗体,鼠疫反向间接血球凝集试验(RIHA)检测材料也未发现鼠疫F1抗原。结论饶平县鼠疫监测未发现人间或鼠间鼠疫疫情。
Objective To understand the surveillance of antibody levels of vector insects and human in plague host animals in Raoping County. Methods According to GB16882-1997 (animal plague diagnostic criteria) and GB15991-1995 (plague diagnostic criteria), carry out plague etiology and serological surveillance. Results The density of domestic rats in Raoping County was 15.00%, the density of yellow rat was 4.36%, the density of wild rats was 1.00%, the density of rat was 1.00%, the flea index of domestic mice was 3.00, the flea index of wild rats was 0.10, Pathogens were detected in 401 rat and 46 fleas, and no Yersinia pestis was detected. In the plague indirect hemagglutination test (IHA), 605 serum samples of rat and 200 serum samples were obtained. No plague F1 antibody, Agglutination test (RIHA) test material also did not find plague F1 antigen. Conclusion There was no epidemic outbreak of human or mouse plague in Raoping plague surveillance.
