用熔盐提拉法生长了Bi：Bi12SiO20（BSO）晶体，采用二波耦合光路测试了晶体的增益系数、衍射效率．实验结果表明：Bi，BSO晶体的光折变性能优于纯BSO晶体。
The Bi: Bi12SiO20 (BSO) crystal was grown by the molten salt pulling method. The gain coefficient and diffraction efficiency of the crystal were measured by two-wave coupling optical path. The experimental results show that the photorefractive properties of Bi and BSO crystals are better than pure BSO crystals.
