随着我国经济的发展,社会水平的不断提高,人们对医院的要求也就越来越高,那么医院的体制以及医疗服务质量也就需要不断深化以达到更高的层次。要达到这种预期的效果就一定要培养一批高素质的政工干部队伍,他们主要负责整个医院的政治思想工作,他们的思想素养以及工作能力将直接关系到医院是否能够积极、健康、稳定的发展。本文就新形势下加强医院政工干部队伍建设的重要性这一话题做出研究。
With the development of our economy and the continuous improvement of the social level, people’s demands on the hospitals are getting higher and higher. Therefore, the system of hospitals and the quality of medical services also need to be deepened to reach a higher level. To achieve this expected effect, we must train a contingent of highly qualified cadres of political work who are mainly responsible for the political and ideological work of the entire hospital. Their ideological accomplishment and ability to work will have a direct bearing on whether the hospital can be active, healthy and stable development of.
