随着计划经济向市场经济体制转变的逐步深入,计划经济体制下形成的思想政治工作对市场经济条件下的企业发展和管理,表现出诸多不适应。其中最主要的,就是缺乏企业个性色彩。而企业文化理论的引进,恰恰弥补了传统思想政治工作的不足,而且使职工思想政治工作的优势重新得到了发挥。企业的职工思想政治工作与企业文化建设是相辅相承密不可分的。本文浅谈了企业文化建设与思想政治工作。
With the gradual deepening of the transformation of the planned economy into a market economy, the ideological and political work formed under the planned economy system has shown many incompatibility with the development and management of enterprises under the conditions of market economy. The most important one is the lack of corporate personality color. The introduction of corporate culture theory exactly compensates for the deficiencies of traditional ideological and political work, and enables the employees’ ideological and political work to regain their advantages. The ideological and political work of the employees of a company is closely complementary to the construction of corporate culture. This article discusses corporate culture construction and ideological and political work.
