读了1957年12期“公路”月刊洪立湘同志对“改进公路横断测量操作的两点建议”后,党得这两点建议很好,它在测量横断面描对测点和眼点同高之处,可以大大减少阻隔视线,且在公路测量中一般横断面距离较小,利用垂球读角也较准确。为使这一方法更加完善起见,笔者拟出三点补充意见:
After reading Comrade Hong Lixiang’s “Two Suggestions on Improving Highway Transverse Measurement Operations” issued by the “Highway” monthly magazine in December 1957, the Party’s recommendation on these two points is very good.
