本文介绍在大气下进行钼熔化极氩弧焊的工艺及合金元素对钼焊缝组织和性能影响的实验工作,试验表明,只要焊炬结构设计合理,采用焊缝高温区及焊缝背面氩气保护,选用适当的焊接规范,在大气下进行熔化极氩弧焊焊钼,能够获得成型美观、表面银白光亮的焊缝。这为在工程现场焊接较厚的钼板和钼管提供了一种简单可行的方法。 进行钼熔化极氩弧焊时,如在焊缝中加入适量的硼和碳,对细化焊缝晶粒和提高焊缝的塑性均有一定的好处。
This paper introduces the experimental work of Molybdenum Arc Welding under atmosphere atmosphere and the effect of alloying elements on the microstructure and properties of molybdenum welds. The experimental results show that as long as the torch structure is designed reasonably, the high temperature zone and the back argon Protection, selection of appropriate welding specifications, under the atmosphere of melting argon arc welding molybdenum, can be beautifully shaped, bright silver surface weld. This provides a simple and feasible method of welding thick molybdenum plates and molybdenum pipes at the construction site.
