近几年来就业形势日益严峻,大中专学生就业成了社会重点关注的问题之一。针对这个问题,由学校和企业合作为平台加强专业实践教学已经成为学校教育发展的趋势。由于学校专业特性和专业人才培养定位的特殊性,“校中企”合作存在合作目标不明确、职业技能偏低、学生心态变化大、缺乏职业操守等问题,对在这种背景下,如何提高学生职业素质的培养提出一些可行性建议。
In recent years, the employment situation has become more and more serious. The employment of college graduates has become one of the key issues of concern to the society. In response to this problem, the strengthening of professional practice teaching by the cooperation of schools and enterprises has become a trend of development of school education. Due to the particularity of the specialty of the school and the specialty of the cultivation of the professionals, there are such problems as the cooperation target of the “school-affiliated enterprises” is not defined clearly, the vocational skills are low, the mentality of the students is changed greatly, the lack of professional ethics and so on. Against this background, How to Improve Students’ Professional Quality Put forward some feasible suggestions.
