人文关怀对构建当前高职院校思想政治教育体系具有十分重要的作用,但是从目前的思想政治教育情况来看,还存在诸多欠缺。因此,高职院校在加强学生思想政治教育过程中一定要重视在工作方式上不断创新完善,尊重学生发展的个性,落实以人为本的教育理念,在思想政治教育过程中有效落实人文关怀。
Humanistic care plays an important role in constructing the current ideological and political education system in higher vocational colleges. However, there are still many shortcomings in current ideological and political education. Therefore, in the process of strengthening students’ ideological and political education, higher vocational colleges must attach great importance to continuously innovating and perfecting the working methods, respecting the personality of student development, implementing the people-oriented education concept, and effectively implementing humane care in the process of ideological and political education.
