目的依据国家相关职业病防治法律、法规,结合新疆甘泉堡工业园某10万t/a甲醇制混合芳烃项目的特点,对产生的职业病危害进行识别,分析劳动者的接触水平及对健康的影响,为控制职业病危害、保护劳动者健康提出对策。方法通过现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、作业分级、健康检查等方法收集和分析资料。结果该企业部分工种总粉尘浓度为4.17 mg/m~3,呼吸性粉尘浓度为2.13 mg/m~3;合成工段巡检工噪声8h等效声级为85.6dB(A),压缩工段巡检工8h等效声级为89.2dB(A),均超过国家标准限值。职业卫生管理、职业健康监护、防护设施及个人防护用品配备等方面符合国家标准的要求。结论该企业为职业病危害严重的建设项目,锅炉岗位巡检工所接触的粉尘及压缩/合成工段所接触的噪声列为本项目职业病危害的防护重点,需要在防治方面采取有效措施,防止职业病发生。
OBJECTIVE According to the laws and regulations related to occupational disease prevention and control in the country, combining with the characteristics of a 100,000t / a methanol mixed aromatic hydrocarbon project in Ganquanpu Industrial Park of Xinjiang, the hazard of occupational diseases was identified, the level of exposure and health effects of workers were analyzed, To control occupational hazards, protect the health of workers to put forward countermeasures. Methods The data were collected and analyzed through on-the-spot investigation, occupational hazards testing, job classification and health examination. Results The total dust concentration was 4.17 mg / m ~ 3 and the respiratory dust concentration was 2.13 mg / m ~ 3 for some types of work in this company. The equivalent sound level of the inspection workers at the synthetic section was 85.6dB (A) The 8h equivalent sound level is 89.2dB (A), all exceeding the national standard limits. Occupational health management, occupational health guardianship, protection facilities and personal protective equipment and other aspects in line with national standards. Conclusion This company is listed as the key point of occupational hazards in this project due to the occupational disease endangerment caused by the construction projects with serious occupational hazards, dust coming in contact with the boiler inspection workers and noise coming from the compression / synthesis section of the project. Effective prevention measures should be taken to prevent occupational diseases from occurring .
