采用原位低温肾血流阻断实质切开取石术,可延长肾耐受缺血的时限,减轻肾组织的损伤和肾功能的损害,其价值已被公认。我们根据胡礼泉等推荐的方法,于1984年以来先后做了4例,术后恢复良好。现报告如下: 病例摘要本组男性3例,女性1例,年龄19-47岁,有腰痛和血尿2-21年,术前均拍片证实多发性鹿角形结石并有不同程度的肾积水。4例均采用原位低温肾血流阻断35至70分钟,其中有3例行肾实质切开取石术,1例行肾部分切除取石术,都获得了良好的效果。

All the 4 cases were treated with hypothermic renal blood flow in situ for 35 to 70 minutes. Among them, 3 cases underwent renal parenchymal lithotripsy and 1 case underwent partial nephrectomy and lithotomy, all of which achieved good results.
