膀胱结石是泌尿外科常见病。传统的治疗方法是耻骨上膀胱切开取石术。近年趋向于不用手术或创伤较小的除石方法,计有下列四种:(1)Watanabe(1977)首先报告用微爆破治疗3例膀胱结石获得成功,我国西安市一人民医院也作了膀胱结石微爆破的研究;(2)超声碎石术,通过内腔镜放入超声换能器,在窥视下进行碎石,然后吸出或自动排出结石碎片;(3)经膀胱镜碎石钳碎石;(4)液电效应碎石,Coldberg(1954)首先应用于膀胱结石,原理是将交流电转变为高压低频脉冲,在两个电极之间形成击穿放电,使水介质变为冲击波粉碎临近物体。碎石是通过膀胱镜,放入导线接近结石而进行,在国外是治疗膀胱结石的常用方法,而国内仅北京医学院泌尿外科研究所等极少数单位自1985年才应用于临床。我
