1976年Gabbe等首先报道,采用羊膜腔灌注法补充羊水不足。在猴的动物实验中发现,抽减羊水可引发胎心率变异减速,补充羊水后,胎心率减速随之消失。Miyazaki和Taylor首先于1983年报道羊膜腔灌注术用于临床的初步结果,用以处理分娩期中发生的胎心率变异减速的有效率达67%。在过去的几年中,分娩期经阴道施行羊膜腔内生理盐水灌注术,即藉宫内测压导管以生理盐水置换宫内羊水的应用,已有增加趋势。本文将这一方法的最新临床应用情况归纳如下。
In 1976, Gabbe et al. First reported that amniotic fluid insufficiency was supplemented by amniotic fluid perfusion. Animal experiments in the monkey found that pumping amniotic fluid can cause fetal heart rate variability slowed down, supplemented amniotic fluid, fetal heart rate deceleration will disappear. Miyazaki and Taylor first reported the initial clinical outcome of amniotic perfusion in 1983 to treat 67% of the fetal heart rate variability decelerations occurring during labor. In the past few years, vaginal delivery during childbirth by intraperitoneal saline infusion, that intrauterine pressure catheter with saline replacement intrauterine amniotic fluid applications, has been an increasing trend.
