将目光聚焦到当下农村,越来越多的知识精英的身影活跃在田边地头,与传统治理乡村的村长相比,或许我们可以将其称作“洋村长”。比如,中国社会科学院农村发展研究所教授、社会问题研究中心主任于建嵘,不去县里,不去乡镇,偏要跑到贵州的一个村里挂职村主任助理,筹建“布依大院”;“三农问题”专家李昌平,则带领团队来到河南郝堂村,试图构建一种新型的乡村经济和社会结构,复兴正在凋零的乡村文明。这些“洋村长”的经历是否顺利?精英治村的难点在哪里?这或许是新农村建设中需要思考的新问题。
Focusing on the present countryside, more and more intellectual elites are active in the Tanabe area. Perhaps we can call them “foreign village chiefs” compared to the village chiefs who govern the countryside in general. For example, the Institute of Rural Development, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Professor Yu Jianrong, director of the Social Studies Center, do not go to the county, do not go to towns and villages, but also went to a village in Guizhou to serve as assistant director of the village to build “Buyi compound” Li Changping, expert on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, led the team to Hao Tang Village in Henan Province, trying to build a new type of rural economy and social structure and revive the dying rural civilization. Whether the experience of these “foreign village leaders” is going well or not? Where are the difficulties in elite governance? This may be a new issue that needs to be considered in the new countryside construction.
