为检验增施CO_2对马铃薯组培苗植株光合特性及微型薯产量的影响,选用马铃薯品种夏坡蒂组培苗为试验材料,于2015年在温室条件下进行了两批次试验。结果表明,增加CO_2浓度可显著增加植株的叶面积、叶片净光合速率和胞间CO_2浓度,且CO_2750μmol/mol处理>550μmol/mol处理>CK(空气),但增加CO_2浓度降低了马铃薯植株叶片气孔导度和蒸腾速率。结果还表明,增施CO_2增加了马铃薯单株结薯数、单个薯重和单株产量,其增幅随CO_2量的增加而增加。上述结果充分证明在温室条件下增施CO_2对加速马铃薯微型薯的繁育有积极作用。
In order to test the effects of CO 2 on the photosynthetic characteristics of potato plantlets and the yield of mini-tuber, potato cultivar Xia Pitui was used as test material in two batches in 2015 under greenhouse conditions. The results showed that CO 2 concentration increased the leaf area, net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO 2 concentration significantly, and CO 2 2750 μmol / mol> 550 μmol / mol> CK (air), but increased CO 2 concentration reduced the leaf stomata Conductivity and transpiration rate. The results also showed that increasing CO_2 increased potato tuber tuber number, single tuberous weight and single plant yield, and its increase rate increased with the increase of CO 2 amount. The above results fully prove that the application of CO 2 under greenhouse conditions has a positive effect on accelerating the growth of potato mini-tubers.
