分析了１１７６例糖耐量试验异常的心电图明尼苏达编码，并与１０４例正常对照者作比较，结果显示：编码２、编码３、编码４及编码５检出率较高，其中编码４、编码５血糖异常组较血糖正常组显著增高。无论血糖正常与否，合并高血压者编码４、５检出率明显高于血压正常组，合并肥胖者编码４、５检出率明显高于体重正常组。提示：高血糖本身可促进发生冠心病的危险性，合并高血压或肥胖后更加速冠心病的发生及发展。
An analysis of 1176 ECG Minnesota codes of abnormal glucose tolerance test was performed and compared with 104 normal controls. The results showed that the detection rates of code 2, code 3, code 4 and code 5 were higher, including code 4, code 5 glycemia The abnormal group was significantly higher than the normal blood glucose group. No matter whether the blood glucose is normal or not, the detection rate of coding 4,5 in patients with hypertension is significantly higher than that of normal blood pressure group. The detection rate of coding 4, 5 in obesity patients is obviously higher than that of normal weight group. Tip: high blood sugar itself can promote the risk of coronary heart disease, hypertension or obesity after more accelerated occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
