刘某,女,32岁。因经血过多,头昏头痛,视物不清,全身乏力腰腿疼痛及四肢麻木半月,鼻及牙龈出血1周於1986年4月30日入院。既往史无特殊。体检:T37.6℃,P88次/分,BP120/70mmHg,意识模糊,嗜睡或躁动不安。巩膜黄染,皮肤有出血点及瘀斑,心肺无异常,腹软,肝脾不大,全腹及四肢骨骼均有压痛。化验,Hb52
Ryu, female, 32 years old. Due to excessive menstrual flow, dizziness, headache, blurred vision, malaise and leg pain and limb numbness, bleeding nose and gingival 1 week on April 30, 1986 admission. No previous history. Physical examination: T37.6 ℃, P88 beats / min, BP120 / 70mmHg, confusion, drowsiness or restlessness. Sclera yellow dye, bleeding spots and ecchymosis, no abnormal heart and lung, abdominal soft, small spleen and liver, all abdominal and limbs are tenderness. Laboratory, Hb52
