患儿,男,1岁8个月,足月顺产第一胎。全身浮肿伴气喘四个月于1984年10月13日入院。四个月前曾发热、腹泻6～7天,6～7次/日,为黄色稀水便,量多;非喷射性呕吐2～3天,热退泻止后开始咳嗽气喘,继而出现由眼睑遍及全身的浮肿,服药后肿消,停药又显。近4～5天精神、食欲差,嗜睡,尿少。
Children, male, 1 year and 8 months, full-term first-born fetus. Edema with wheezing four months on October 13, 1984 admission. Four months ago had fever, diarrhea, 6 to 7 days, 6 to 7 times / day, for the yellow dilute water volume, quantity; non-jet vomiting 2 to 3 days after the onset of cough and asthma, Eyelid edema throughout the body, swollen after taking medication, withdrawal and significant. Nearly 4 to 5 days spirit, poor appetite, lethargy, oliguria.
